We have called Turney's many times in the past and they are always professional, punctual and knowledgeable. It seems every time we have to call it is after hours or a holiday and they do not care. One time they even met me on a Sunday at their office just so I could buy a $10 part. I would recommend their service to anyone looking for a good plumber, HVAC or electrical service technician.
We had some electrical issues on a Saturday afternoon, we tried several different companies with no one answering. We called Turney electrical , a real person answered the phone, took our information and said they would have an technician call us back. Within 10 minutes the technician called us and was at our house in less than an hour. The technician was grocery shopping and pretty much dropped everything to come and help us very impressed would defiantly call them again for future services!!
This company is amazing! Do not hesitate to call them for any of your needs, as they are fast, reasonable and very knowledgeable. A great company that we have personally hired out for a couple of jobs and they were fantastic! The office staff is very helpful and the service guys know what they are doing!
My family started using Turney's company back when I was in HS. Now, as an adult, they are the only ones I call when something goes awry. The entire company go above and beyond to make sure that you have what you need. They are extremely punctual, courteous, knowledable and friendly. They removed and installed a new water heater. It was an AO Smith water heater. Very impressed with the brand. The workers are very knowledgeable and friendly. Everything done to code. Work was done quickly and neatly. Answered all my questions. Definitely deserves 5 stars.
